Challenge Accepted Logo

En taske!

Challenge Accepted is a web-based app that turns your to-do list into a quest log, and turns you into a bold adventurer. Earn experience points for your real-life adventures by treating them like quests in your favorite role-playing games. Are you ready to join the battle?

Challenge Accepted uses HTML5 and CSS3

These things don't display for magical beans on older browsers or Internet Explorer. We recommend Google Chrome, a fully updated Firefox or even Safari for the full experience.

About Challenge Accepted

What is Challenge Accepted?

Challenge Accepted is a web-based productivity app for people who love the structure of role-playing games (RPGs). What structure do we mean? Quests, experience points, leveling up, skills, achievements… that sort of thing! Challenge Accepted takes all of those RPG trappings and applies them to your to-do list. The result? Your to-do list becomes a Quest Log, and you become a brave adventurer!

Why does it say “Lite”?

At the moment, Challenge Accepted is in its first stage of open beta. This is a very basic version of the site; only core functions have been enabled. We’ve got a lot more in store, and as we build and work out the bugs, new features will be released into the beta. Once we feel like Challenge Accepted is where we dreamed of it being, we’ll remove the “Lite” label and release it for real.

Do I have to pay to use the site?

Challenge Accepted will always be free to use. The trade-off for this is that we have ads, because we want to be able keep the site running and continue developing it. Someday, we plan to offer premium accounts (or, as we like to call them, “guild memberships”) with no ads, access to exclusive features, and some other cool bits and bobs. But the basic site, and its core functionality, will always be free.

Can I play with my friends?

Sure! You can join up with other adventurers by creating parties, and compete against friends via the Tourney Rankings.

Who’s running this thing?

Challenge Accepted was co-developed by Daisy Calvert and Amy Miles, long-time gamers who find EXP to be a powerful motivator. More about them can be found on the Meet the Challenge Masters page.

Are you an internet meme?

No. Well. Not yet.
